HOW IS PUEMBO?
Puembo is a parish 25 minutes from Quito on the RUTA VIVA highway, which has a very pleasant and stable climate almost all year round, between 16 to 24 degrees Celsius. In Puembo, first class urbanizations have been developed and it has very good land for planting plants, trees, fruit trees and vegetables. Due to its geographical position, it is located in the Center of the Valley, very close to the Quito International Airport. It has one of the best Clubs in the country, which has first class sports and social facilities. It has one of the most beautiful squares and churches in the rural parishes of D.M. Quito. Its population density is small and its traffic is very light. It has no noise or factories.

EL CHAUPI URBANIZATION
El Chaupi is the name of the property where the housing project for HLR Happy Life for Retirees will be developed. It is a century-old property that was acquired in 1905 by Pedro Cornejo Mantilla and became one of the most productive farms in the valley. El Chaupi has been, for 6 generations of the Cornejo family, the place of peace and family reunion with a natural environment and an incomparable climate.
